Limited warranty

This limited warranty pertains to physical Items, and only for physical goods, purchased from Duke Electric (the "Physical Goods"). This limited warranty covers any imperfections or defects in material or workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance during the warranty period.

During the Warranty Period, should the product prove to be defective due to improper material or workmanship, Duke Electric will repair or replace the product/parts of the product at no charge. This only applies to product that has been properly maintained and under normal use.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods obtained from Duke Electric is 365 days from the date of purchase.

A substitution Physical Good or part presumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 365 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

The Limited Warranty is non-transferable.

Follow the following steps to complete your returns

  1. Fill out an online form with the details of your order to generate your Return Merchandise Authorization Number
  2. Pack your item properly
  3. Ship your item with the appropriate Return Label and RMA form provided in step 1

30 Day Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it to Duke Electric within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to conditions and exclusions listed below.

Eligibility Conditions

If return conditions are not met, Duke Electric reserves the right to refuse to return, or to charge a minimum of 15% re-stocking fee. All return items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box or container; must include packing materials, warranty cards manuals and accessories. Motors cannot have been mounted or energized.  Duke Electric can only refund the original purchase price, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Non-returnable items are not eligible for returns.

Defective or Damaged Items

Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model. This excludes discontinued products. If a newer model has been updated for the product you have purchased, and it was listed as discontinued at the time of purchase; we reserve the right to charge you the difference for the new model. This is at Duke Electric’s discretion.

Exchanges

Please allow 3-5 business days to process mail-in exchanges.

Refunds & Credits

Once we have received and inspected your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 business days for transactions to be posted and to appear. In most cases, refunds and credits are issued in the same way you have provided payment at the time of purchase. Duke Electric will be in contact if there are cases that fall outside of this anomaly. Please note, Duke Electric can only issue a refund on the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Limited Liability

Duke Electric is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. Duke Electric is not responsible for consequential or incidental damages resulting from the sale, or use of any merchandise purchased from Duke Electric. Duke Electric are only responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise sold. All damages and/or missing items must be communicated to Duke Electric within 2 business days of receipt of merchandise.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
