Dellner Bubenzer Type EBH Drum Brakes

The Dellner Bubenzer Type EBH Drum Brakes are engineered to deliver exceptional performance and reliability in demanding industrial applications. With a torque range of 200 - 4,000 Nm, these brakes are ideal for use in slewing, conveyor belts, trolleys, and gantries. The inclusion of an automatic wear compensator ensures consistent braking efficiency and longevity.

Designed in accordance with the DIN 15435 standard, the EBH drum brakes feature a continuously adjustable brake spring enclosed in a square tube with a torque scale, allowing for precise control and adjustment. The self-lubricating bushings eliminate the need for regular greasing, making maintenance straightforward and hassle-free. Additionally, the brakes are equipped with a limit switch manual release for added convenience.

Constructed with durability in mind, the EBH drum brakes boast levers and base plates made of nodular cast iron for sizes up to 400, and welded steel for sizes from 500 onwards. The aluminum brake shoes, compliant with DIN 15435 Bl. 2, are fitted with non-asbestos, organic linings, ensuring safety and environmental responsibility. The design also includes shoe clamping springs to prevent tilting when released, and stainless steel pins and main spindle for enhanced corrosion resistance. All uncoated parts and screws are galvanized and plated, further contributing to the product's robust construction and long-lasting performance.
